Full timeBartender
Make Karpen's coffee and drinks every day, from espresso to milk drinks and tea, so every glass tastes the same.
What you do
- Prepare drinks to Karpen recipes and standards
- Keep the espresso machine, grinder and bar clean
- Check stock and report what is running low
- Serve dine-in, takeaway and delivery orders
What we look for
- Aged 18–28
- Barista or bartender experience is a plus; recent graduates are welcome
- Able to work shifts, including weekends
- Careful, quick and keen to learn

Full timeWaitress
Welcome guests, take orders and keep every table ready, so everyone feels at home at Karpen.
What you do
- Welcome guests and show them to a table
- Take and serve orders
- Keep tables and seating areas clean and tidy
- Help at the till when it gets busy
What we look for
- Aged 18–28
- Friendly and comfortable chatting with guests
- Able to work shifts, including weekends
- Café or restaurant experience is a plus
