What you fill in
The forms ask for what each request needs:
- Orders: your name, WhatsApp number, and a delivery address if you want it delivered.
- Table bookings: date, time, party size, seating area, name, WhatsApp number and a note.
- Big orders: event date, number of people, what you need, name and WhatsApp number.
The form is turned into a WhatsApp message on your device. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp, and the message only goes to the WhatsApp number of Karpen Coffee. The website's server never receives what you type in these forms.
What stays on your device
Your basket, plus the last name and WhatsApp number you used, are kept in your browser so you do not have to type them again. They are not sent to us. You can remove them at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings.
The site also keeps one fallback page on your device, so there is something to show when your connection drops.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no cookies for visitors. Cookies are only used for staff signing in to the management panel.
We do not use any analytics tools at the moment.
Other services
Some buttons take you to services with their own privacy policies: WhatsApp for orders and bookings, Google Maps for the map and directions, and Instagram and TikTok. The Google map on the Visit page only loads after you press its button.
Fonts and photos on this website are served from our own server, not from other services.
Messages in our WhatsApp
Messages you send are kept in the WhatsApp of Karpen Coffee. We use them to handle your order, booking or question, and we never sell or share them. If you would like your chat history with us deleted, let us know on WhatsApp.
Technical logs
Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. They are used for security and to fix problems.
Your rights
Under Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022), you can ask what personal data we hold about you, have it corrected, or ask us to delete it.
